They have streamlined the hiring workflow processes and tracking mechanism through market intelligence inputs. Pro-actively sourcing and headhunting the candidates through social media, job portals, cross-referencing, and also through vendor management. Post-screening and sourcing they schedule conduct or facilitate all interviews and tests.
