They are willing to be a salesperson one day, prepare valuation reports the next (Yes! we will teach you the cool finance stuff), attend high profile client meetings the next day and negotiate a deal the next.
We are a start-up and are expected to skip lunches over meetings, brainstorm at 3am for a sudden crisis, be a receptionist and man the phone, walk the street, meet the people and get your hands dirty. What we want is a craving to do something new and different which is unprecedented in the Indian market.

Normally, hiring process is completed within 1-2 weeks. The process includes an initial interview by our recruiter, one technical round, one practical round if needed, a round with head of department and final round with HR.
